Job Duties<\/h4>\n

Acted as a Scrum Master to facilitate Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews\/Demos, and Retrospectives meetings with developers and business analysts. Coach and mentor the team and helping transition from waterfall to Agile principles and processes, best practices. Analysis of functional and business requirements from the Technical Specifications and Functional Design specifications. Provide feedback on timelines for the completion of projects in progress. Generate backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition. Track the team progress through burn down charts and present it to the customer. Responsible for product demonstrations and document the feedback from stakeholders after Demo. Preparation of RTM, test plan, regression test suites, test summary, test cases, test result report. Write and execute manual and automated UI and web service test cases. Working with business analysts and help in removing any gaps in requirements. Travel and\/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Apply expertise in: SQL Queries, SQL Server, JIRA, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews\/Demos.<\/p>\n

Special Skills<\/h4>\n

Position requires a Master\u2019s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related degree and one (1) year of experience. One (1) year experience must have included: SQL Queries, SQL Server, JIRA, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews\/Demos.<\/p>\n
