ROLE SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for the technical development and support of custom C#, .Net web applications built using Angular front-end JavaScript libraries, SQL and Cosmos DB and potentially leverage Microservices built on the Azure platform. Application will use API to integrate with third party platforms. There will be opportunity to work with and around business-critical systems. As a member of the Systems Development team, participation in discussions and interactions with multiple departments including Underwriting, Operations, Business Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance and Infrastructure will be extensive.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of business-critical systems
• Perform hands-on development and support for C#.Net full stack web applications built on Microsoft platform

• Create and document solution designs and architecture

REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (in order of level of need)

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET Framework 4.5 and above, .Net Core 2.0 and above.  Must have expert knowledge
• Working experience with design patterns like Repository-Service pattern, Dependency Injection/Inversion of Control (IoC) is a definitive plus
• Experience with Web Services (WCF / .NET Web Services), Web API, Microservices and Service Oriented Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in SQL Server 2012 and later (stored procedures, UDFs, views, etc.) and T-SQL language

ROLE SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be responsible for monitoring our UCC environment, including telephony, fax, video conferencing estate and Webex calling environment. The position will be focused on delivering operational robustness to telephony across desk, PC/desktop, and mobile platforms.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively monitor all UC subsystems, to keep Cisco IP Telephony system operational
• Perform initial triaging to assess severity, impact
• Open trouble tickets with carriers, as needed
• Follow SOP to perform initial remedial steps
• Work closely with UC Infrastructure team, to ensure operational procedures (SOPs) are developed and maintained as the UC environment evolves

ROLE SUMMARY

Participates in the quality assurance processes, performing tests of reports, data transformation, and load to identify, isolate and help resolve issues. Suggest root-cause.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with different IT teams to verify reports, data extract, transformation and load steps conform to specified exit criteria and standards
• Design and execute test scenarios, develop, and document data test plans based on requirements and technical specifications
